COMMUNITY SPORTS DAY AT KALEIDOSCOPE PARK

Participate as a vendor at Kaleidoscope Park's Community Sports Day! This free event will bring together fans, athletes, and healthcare professionals from across the region to celebrate sports, community spirit, and healthy living. Visitors are invited for interactive fun, including games and friendly competitions!

The Kaleidoscope Park Foundation is a non-profit public park and green space. Our mission is to provide free year‑round programming and events that educate or celebrate arts and culture, while fostering connection, creativity, and community for all.
Please note: The vendor booth fee is $150, and vendors keep 100% of their sales.
If you need a tent, table, chairs, extension cord or generator: we have a limited supply available for rent. Please email: mmelancon@kaleidoscopepark.org or jgenuardi@kaleidoscopepark.org to inquire about availability. Rented vendor equipment is set up for you prior to your arrival for load-in.
*Food vendors are responsible for obtaining/maintaining any required health department permits, city permits, licenses, or approvals necessary to participate in public events, including the new Texas MVF - if applicable.
Vendor registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control that impact the event, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event when possible. If a rescheduled date is offered, vendor registrations will be honored for the new date.
You'll receive a "Know Before You Go" email at least 24-48 hours prior to the event. This email will have all the finalized details, including your vendor location, load-in information and day of contact. Please check your spam and trash folders if you don't think you received it.
