COFFEE DAY VENDOR REGISTRATION
This registration is for our National Coffee Day Celebration at Kaleidoscope Park on September 26th 10 AM - 12 PM

Join us for an early celebration of National Coffee Day, featuring local coffee vendors and delicious brews available for purchase. We'd love to have you join us as a vendor at this caffeine-filled community event!

Vendors must sell physical goods and offer a coffee-related product.

The Kaleidoscope Park Foundation is a non-profit public park and green space. Our mission is to provide free year‑round programming and events that educate or celebrate arts and culture, while fostering connection, creativity, and community for all.

Please note: The vendor booth fee is $150, and vendors keep 100% of their sales.

 Vendors are expected to bring their own 10x10 tent with weights, table, chair, etc. If you need a tent, table, chairs, extension cord or generator: we have a limited supply available for rent. Please email: info@kaleidoscopepark.org to inquire about availability.

*Food vendors are responsible for obtaining/maintaining any required health department permits, city permits, licenses, or approvals necessary to participate in public events, including the new Texas MVF - if applicable.   

Vendor registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control that impact the event, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event when possible. If a rescheduled date is offered, vendor registrations will be honored for the new date. 

You'll receive a "Know Before You Go" email at least 24-48 hours prior to the event. This email will have all the finalized details, including your vendor location, load-in information and day of contact. Please check your spam and trash folders if you don't think you received it.
