Health, wellness, fitness, and sports-related vendors can showcase their business, connect with active families and community members, and be part of an exciting day focused on health, wellness, fitness, and fun. Whether you offer sports programs, athletic gear, health services, nutrition products, wellness resources, or fitness experiences, we'd love to have you join us!
The Kaleidoscope Park Foundation is a non-profit public park and green space. Our mission is to provide free year‑round programming and events that educate or celebrate arts and culture, while fostering connection, creativity, and community for all.
Please note: The vendor booth fee is $300, and vendors keep 100% of their sales.
Vendor space is 10x10 and we ask that to bring their own tent and required weights (no stakes due to irrigation lines), table, chairs, extension cord if needed, etc.
We have a limited supply available for rent if you don't have the items but please email: mmelancon@kaleidoscopepark.org or jgenuardi@kaleidoscopepark.org to inquire about availability. Rented vendor equipment is set up for you prior to your arrival for load-in.
*Food vendors are responsible for obtaining/maintaining any required health department permits, city permits, licenses, or approvals necessary to participate in public events, including the new Texas MVF - if applicable.
Vendor registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control that impact the event, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event when possible. If a rescheduled date is offered, vendor registrations will be honored for the new date.
You'll receive a "Know Before You Go" email at least 24-48 hours prior to the event. This email will have all the finalized details, including your vendor location, load-in information and day of contact. Please check your spam and trash folders if you don't think you received it.
